The Device collects usage data generated during each usage. This data includes details about your usage habits, and device settings (usage data). The App collects data about the usage intent (your plans by body region) and the actual performed sessions. It also stores settings on Notifications and your after-session survey answers.
The connected product generates data only when actively in use.
Data is stored both on-device and remotely when connected to a Wifi network or the App. The retention policy is as follows:
- Remote storage: Data will be retained for 48 months.
- On-device: Data will be retained up until successful upload (limited by local storage).
Users may request access to the usage data by contacting our Global Consumer Relations center. The sole data holder is Procter & Gamble (P&G).
The data collected is used for your benefit to track usage habits and preferences. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent.

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority if they believe their rights under these Terms have been infringed.
